Choose your own vacation adventure amidst two majestic National Parks! Join us for 15 hours of outstanding CE in one of the most dramatic and beautiful landscapes in the States.  Moab is a top destination for photographers, hikers, dreamers, families, cyclists and adventurers of all sorts. The CE will be first thing in the morning or the evening each day to allow for your maximal enjoyment of the area.  Both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks lay at the edge of town, and therein is beauty that people rightly travel the world to experience (the photos above are from prior Moab CE attendees).

15 hours of world-class CE will be available. Talks will take place from 4-7pm on Thursday, first thing in the morning on Friday, then Saturday evening (with food provided), and Sunday morning finishing at noon. Our speakers will be announced soon. A big part of our mission at Vet Lectures is to give hard-working veterinary professionals plenty of time to unwind in beautiful locations, and this schedule is designed to allow you to seize each day.

Early registration is now available, but this is a small group event and our meetings fill up well ahead of time - so please take this into account. We don’t want you to be sad.  

Registration includes 15 hours of approved continuing education, dinner at Saturday nights lecture and the best time you will ever have at work.  

There are a number of ways to get to Moab. There is a very small airport 18 miles north of Moab (CNY) that is served by some major and regional carriers. The closest major airport is Salt Lake City (SLC) and Moab is a scenic 4 hour drive from there. SLC is served by all major airlines and is a hub for Delta. Moab is a 5.5 hour drive from Denver. There is also an airport in Grand Junction, CO (GJT) that is 113 miles from Moab.  It is served by Delta, United, Continental, American Airlines and USAir.  If you have the time, Moab also makes a fine road-trip destination.

Rooms are being held for our group at the Moab Valley Inn at a generously discounted rate of rate of $160/night for a King or two Queen room.  You are welcome to stay anywhere of course, but there is something super-relaxed about rolling out of bed and taking a short walk to the free breakfast and morning lectures. This is supposed to be a vacation and we encourage you to come early and/or stay late. As such, we have have arranged with our conference hotel to also allow these discounted rooms for you for 3 days before and after the meeting. This room block is limited and a link will be shared with you following registration. The education will begin at 4pm on Thursday the 16th and will finish at noon on Sunday the 19th.
