Our lecturers are dynamic teachers who are board-certified in their respective fields. How can I register for a course?

You can sign up for the Santa Barbara or Zion National Park Conferences directly on this website by selecting the register button on the course listing. To get started click here. Note that our Baja and Tucson CE trips are hosted by CogWild and The Cycling House respectively.  These are all-inclusve conferences including meals/ lodging/Continuing Ed/recreation/etc and for these two conferences, final registration will be with our host company and that information is detailed in the Conferences link


can i pay registration with a check?

Yes.  If you would prefer to mail in a check to register, just click the button to register online and you will see a printable form that you can fill out and mail in. 


Are these lectures designed to promote a certain drug or product?

No. We are serious about delivering independent state-of-the-art information from speakers who are experts in their fields. We are not trying to sell you a drug, a lab test or a timeshare. We promise.


ARE you a race-approved continuing education provider?

Yes.  Our continuing education conferences provide CE that has been RACE-approved by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards.


How quickly do I receive my CE credit?

You will receive a Certificate of Completion for RACE-approved CE at the end of the conference. 


Are Veterinary Technicians allowed to attend these lectures?

Yes. The lectures are designed for the practicing veterinarian, but motivated technicians are encouraged to attend and will earn RACE-approved Technician CE credit.  We offer discounted registration for veterinary technicians.


Will you share my contact information?

Never. We value your privacy and we will never sell, share, trade or give away your personal or professional information to anybody.  We think that companies who do this are really creepy.


The lecture series I would like to attend is sold out. Can I get on a waiting list?

Yes. Simply call or e-mail us and we will put you on that list. If we have people who need to cancel we will contact you and give you a chance to sign up. We do limit class size in order to improve the learning experience for those in attendance. We believe that class size matters in a live lecture format and this is why we limit enrollment. 


I have registered and need to cancel. How does this work?

We understand that life changes - it happens to us too. If you have registered and need to cancel there are options. 

  1. You can have a colleague or friend come in your place for no charge - please call us in advance to arrange.
  2. If it is more than 2 weeks before the conference begins, you may also credit your full registration fees towards any of our future conference at no additional cost - please call or email us to arrange.
  3. If it is more than 2 weeks before the conference begins you can request a refund for your registration minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  4. If it is less then two weeks before the conference begins you can receive a refund minus a 35% cancellation fee.
